The Figure Revealed was an art exhibit highlighting the work of artists who are regular attendees of the Monday Life Drawing Group at Sedona Arts Center that Pash has been host and model for since 2012. The show included opportunities for the public to experience drawing the figure and to watch demonstrations. Featured during the Opening Reception, and the First Friday Closing Reception were live econtact improvisational dance inspired poses that the public was invited to sketch during two “Draw-a-thons,” which musician Richard Salem played for. Attendees were provided with paper and drawing supplies. Pash and guest model/dancer Mark Stevens danced for 6 minutes then offered 6 minute, “quick gesture” poses based on their work together as performance artists and contact improvisational dancers. Exhibiting artists were J. Joseph-Mendel, Charles DeLay, Patty Miller, Greg Evans, Taylor Hellmann, John Argent, Rafael Ramos, Sonya Anduiza, Jack Proctor, P. M. Bookgarden, Jim Draves, Carolyn Ensley, Suzzanne Stebila, Darleene Nelson, Megan Fyffe, and Marti McNamee. There were also demonstrations of Portrait Carving in Wood, with sculptor Charles DeLay, and Gesture Drawing Demonstration & Instruction with artist J. Menzel-Joseph.
